Research
Our process starts with thorough research into the communities surrounding your locations. We review the demographic to determine key factors such as age, income, education level and number of people per household in order to determine which areas to distribute to.
Route Selection
After reviewing the demographics, the next step is to select the postal routes that will receive the marketing materials. We select each route by hand and review the address counts to ensure that your mailing will reach enough homes and be effective.
Distribution Planning
Dropping all of your mail at once is a common mistake! We break down the selected routes into segments and create a plan to hit all of the households selected over the course of several weeks. For larger campaigns, we plan to distribute to each segment multiple times to develop messaging consistency and frequency.
Prep & Transport
All the necessary paperwork is completed and filed by our experienced mailing managers to ensure a hassle-free distribution. Your marketing materials are then transported directly to the local mailing depot with specific instructions for delivery on the specific dates chosen.
Mailing
Once your mail is processed by the local depot, the postmaster follows our instructions to deliver on the arranged date. Make sure you've staffed up to meet the increase in demand as your materials are delivered!
